Are my data and my client's data safe?

Yes. Each studio has its own isolated space, and the portal shows the client only what belongs to their project, nothing more.

Is Atelove compliant with the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD?

Yes, the system was born inside both. Data lives on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt), each studio runs in an isolated space, and your client only sees what belongs to their project. The site and the portal ask for cookie consent, collection is limited to what is needed, and requests to export or delete data are honored.

Does the document approval hold up legally?

Each approval records who decided, on what date and time, on which version of the file, and with the whole conversation around the decision. For important documents there is approval with identity verification, where the client confirms with a code sent to their email or with their own device's biometrics. Together this forms an electronic record with evidentiary value, far from a loose ok on WhatsApp.

Are the portal, the bio link and the site really with my brand?

100%. Your client sees your studio, your logo and your colors, never Atelove. The white-label is for real.

Can I bring in the projects I already have underway?
